Welcome to TagsDeal Shop. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Digital Products Only

We sell digital machine embroidery files only.

No physical items will be shipped.

Files are delivered digitally after payment confirmation.

2. File Formats

Our embroidery files may include formats such as:

  • DST

  • PES

  • JEF

  • EXP

  • VP3

  • HUS

Please ensure your embroidery machine supports the file format before purchase.

3. License & Usage

When you purchase a design, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the file.

You may:

✔ Use designs for personal projects
✔ Use designs on finished products for resale

You may NOT:

✘ Resell or share the digital files
✘ Modify and resell the files
✘ Upload files to other websites
✘ Claim the designs as your own

4. Payments

All payments must be completed before files are delivered.

We use secure third-party payment processors.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.

Refunds are only considered if:

  • The file is corrupted

  • The file is incorrect

  • We are unable to resolve a technical issue

6. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Check machine compatibility

  • Read product descriptions carefully

  • Download files after purchase

7. Intellectual Property

All embroidery designs remain the property of TagDeal Shop.

Unauthorized copying, sharing, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect machine usage

  • Software compatibility issues

  • File misuse after download

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
